MES offers various scholarships for encouraging the needy, meritorious students to undergo higher education. Featured the various schemes offered.

1. General Scholarship Scheme

The scheme envisages helping of average and above average Muslim students who are economically poor. This help was offered in the form of interest free loans distributed every month by money orders or bank drafts. The recipients of the scheme need pay back the amount received, only when they are capable of generating own income. The scheme helped brilliant students to complete their education and to secure good job positions. The scheme was started in 1965 and is continuing now with an average of 12 lakhs rupees distributed every year.

2. MES Endowment Scholarship Scheme
This scheme is introduced with a view to meet the growing demands for scholarships from the needy and brilliant students of the community. The funds for this scheme are mobilised in the form of donations from individuals, families etc. and such donations will be invested for various development projects and an income of 12% from this investment are distributed as endowment scholarship to the students suggested by the the donors. The recipients will be refunding the amount after completing the course and getting employment and such amounts also will be added to the endowment account of the donors concerned, making it an ever rolling growing fund for the benefit of brilliant but needy students of future generations. An average of 3 lakhs rupees are distributed every year under this scheme.

3. M.E.S.MFAR Scholarship Scheme
This is a new scheme implemented by the M.E.S under the sponsorship of Dr. P.Mohamed Ali, Managing Director Gulfar Engineering and constructing LLC, Muscat, for financially needy Muslim Students undergoing professional courses such as Engineering, Medicine, and other professions in the post graduate level. The aim of the scheme is to award scholarship to 50 students every year @ Rs.15,000/- each till the completion of the course.

4. M.E.S .Special Sponsored Scholarship Scheme
This scheme is envisaged by the M.E.S, to help the brilliant Engineering students by awarding schoalrship at the rate or Rs.12,000/- per year till the completion of the course. The funds for this scheme are collected from the Donors from Gulf Countries. An average amount of Rs. 2 Lakhs is distributed every year under this scheme.
